Brad Novak is an Auckland based urban pop artist whose work sits sharply at the nexus between fine art and street art. Under the moniker 'New Blood Pop' he is showing internationally through galleries in the US, Canada and UK.
 
By redeploying urban elements, and techniques, with influence from his medical background, Novak has created a new artistic dialogue. This is evident in the way he titles his works, which are descriptive in nature but also bookended with a scientific ‘code’. This is one area in which both his analytical and creative minds clearly meet.
